1. Who we are
Migrant is a migration tool provided by Migrant Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who uses Migrant ("you").
2. What Migrant does
Migrant copies mailboxes, archives, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and related settings between Microsoft 365 tenants that you are authorised to administer. You are responsible for having the right to access and move that data, including any consent required from your organisation and its users.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Migrant only with tenants and accounts you are authorised to manage.
- Keep certificates, passwords and API keys secure and do not share them.
- Check the results of each migration and keep your own backups.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including data protection law.
4. Service and support

6. Intellectual property
Migrant, the Migrant name and logo are owned by Migrant Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the software except as the law allows.

8. Termination
